  • For operations requiring precise finishes and tolerances

    • Super fine polish
    1. Code No. D-1 (1-0s)   Code colour - Grey
      Metallographic finish on steel and hard metals.
    2. Code No. D-2 (2-0s)   Code colour - Voilet
      For finish on Tungsten carbide Dies, Mirror polish on steel moulds and gauges etc..

  • Final finishing Grades for moulds, dies, seals, flat, lapping and production lapping.

    • Fine polish
    1. Code No. D-3/D-4 (3-0s)   Code colour - Green
      Mirror polish and high finish on tungsten Carbide, Finest polish on sapphire, Ruby, Steel etc..
    2. Code No. D-5/D-6/D-7 (6-0s)   Code colour - Yellow
      Medium polish on Tungsten Carbide, Steel and Diamonds
