Electronic Lapping and Polishing Machine :-
|
This machine aims at achieving highly superior surface with the help of a
Collet/Chuck and an electronically controlled motor with speed variator
with rabge from 50 ( optionally 100 ) to 3000 rpm without losing torque,
coupled with another AC/DC electronically controlled 20,000 rpm motor with
speed variator.
|
|

|
| The
use of this machine is in Precision Lapping of components at low speed and
/ or production lapping at fast speed, at the same time retaining the
polishing feature. By changing the detachable tool post, it can be
converted into a multipurpose or a special purpose
machine.

This
machine aims at achieving high quality surface finish, generating less
fatigue and strain and yet giving better finish at lower costs.
Consisting of The Main head, The Motor, The Control panel and The Foot
controller/accelerator, this machine is a sturdy, versatile and a reliable
partner of yours. Variuos attachments can be used to hold the
filing/grinding tool/material. The chuck has an additional set of inverse
jaws for larger holdingss.

The motor is :- DC, 1.0 HP, 1500 rpm, 180V, TEFC (Totally
enclosed fan cooled), foot-based mounting, B-class insulation, continuous
rating, high starting torque of 48 Kg.cm., current 4.5 Amps. and weight
approx. 20 Kgs.
The Control Panel:- DC Thrystor Drive. It is a rugged,
compact, elegant and fully solid state controller designed to drive
permanent magnet DC motors with features like soft start, overload trip
and current limiting. The drive is housed in a coated panel box without
meters, input is single phase 230V AC and the capacity is for 1/4 HP to
2.0 HP.. The drive panel is designed to control lowest output of 50-150
rpm. The max. output of 3500 rpm is designed with the help of pulley
drives, which is further connected to the main head with spindle, roller
bearings, a 100 cm three - jaw true chuck.:-
The Foot Accelerator:-The foot accelerator allows you to
exercise full control on the speed of the chuck, allowing you to get
closer to the precision demands. . |
